Hi, I consider myself overall satisfied with the product ordered, especially considering the modest cost of the item and the convenient and fast shipping method, however I find myself having to point out that the mask I purchased arrived slightly damaged on the side (crack). The damage was most likely due to packaging that was certainly not suitable for the product. I didn't request a return given the timing, but I was disappointed because it forced me to give a less than positive opinion on an otherwise optimal purchasing experience. The product would have had, beyond the problem in question, an excellent quality-price ratio. Recommended.
